Work Internship Management Executive for Teeninterns (brand name I Love Mondays)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Work Internship Management Executive to manage and enhance our internship programs. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of internships, maintaining relationships with partner companies, and providing exceptional support to our interns.
Key Responsibilities:
●Internship Coordination:
Manage the end-to-end process of internship placements, including application review, interview coordination, and matching students with appropriate internships.
Ensure all administrative aspects of the internship program are handled efficiently.
● Company Engagement:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner companies to secure high-quality internship opportunities.
Regularly communicate with company mentors to monitor intern performance and address any concerns.
● Intern Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for interns, providing guidance, support, and resolving any issues that arise during their internships.
Conduct regular check-ins with interns to ensure they are meeting their learning objectives and gaining valuable experience.
● Process Optimization:
Continuously improve internship processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement feedback from interns and companies to refine the internship program.
● Quality Assurance:
Monitor the progress and performance of internships to ensure they meet the set standards and objectives.
Address any red-flag issues promptly to maintain the quality and reputation of the program.
● Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of internship activities, placements, and feedback.
Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on internship program metrics and outcomes.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (optional).
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in internship management, program coordination, or a related role.
Passion: A strong interest in youth development and helping teenagers explore and achieve their career goals.
Skills:
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and corporate partners.
Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools. (willing to learn and learn fast).
